Information: Prairie Fire Chilies are a hot spicy chili pepper variety which grow on small, compact (dwarf) bushes and produce hundreds of very small peppers. Harvest throughout the summer when the peppers are yellow, orange or red.
Measuring 80,000 on the Scoville Scale. Prairie Fire Chilies are moderately spicy with an intense fruity flavour perfect for use in sauces or for preserving/drying.
Germination & Care: Germination temperature is between 22°C and 28°C (germination period: 12-21 days). Plants should be placed in a sunny, protected place with a minimum of 6 hours direct sunlight per day. Move plants outdoors only when temperatures consistently stay above 15°C.
