📋 Information: Bhut Jolokia, also known as the Ghost Chili is an extremely spicy chili pepper and the flavor is described as sweet and fruity with a mega spicy kick and typically grow to around 9cm in length and are harvested when the chilies turn from orange to a dark red colour.
🌶 Measuring an average 1,100,000 on the Scoville Scale, the Bhut Jolokia held the record for the hottest chili in the world between 2007-2011. The Bhut Jolokia is also known by the following names: Bih Jolokia, Naga Jolokia, Naga Morich, Ghost Pepper or Ghost Chili.
🌱 Germination & Care: Germination temperature is between 22°C and 28°C (germination period: 8-21 days). Plants should be placed in a sunny, protected place with a minimum of 6 hours direct sunlight per day. Move plants outdoors only when temperatures consistently stay above 15°C.
