Information: Habanero Caribbean Chilies are an extremely spicy version of the Habanero Red pepper which typically grow slightly rounder than a traditional Habanero to about 5cm long and are harvested when the chilies turn from orange to a dark red colour.
Measuring 550,000 on the Scoville Scale, Caribbean Habanero's are mega spicy and the flavor is described as pungent and fruity and are perfect for making salsas and sauces.
Germination & Care: Germination temperature is between 22°C and 28°C (germination period: 12-21 days). Plants should be placed in a sunny, protected place with a minimum of 6 hours direct sunlight per day. Move plants outdoors only when temperatures consistently stay above 15°C.
